By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions of Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”). You also acknowledge and accept the company’s policies regarding booking, payments, cancellations, refunds, trip safety, insurance, and other services.
I/We Acknowledge and Accept That:
Payments made are non-refundable, except as allowed for rescheduling the trip or transferring the booking to another person with the Company’s approval.
I/We are responsible for providing valid travel documents, visas, and personal insurance required for the trip.
The Company is not liable for unforeseen events such as flight delays, bad weather, natural disasters, political unrest, sickness, accidents, or other events beyond its control.
Trekking and tour activities involve adventurous and mountainous terrain, and I/We voluntarily accept all associated risks and responsibilities.
I/We agree to follow all advice and recommendations provided by the Company, its guides, and staff to ensure safety and smooth operation of the trip.
Any photographs or videos taken during the trip may be used by the Company for promotional purposes.
I/We acknowledge that by signing this form, I/We have read, fully understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions of Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd., as outlined at https://www.nepaltrekkinginhimalaya.com/pages/terms-and-conditions. I/We accept these terms as binding, and agree that no further claims or disputes regarding them will be made after signing.
By signing this form, I/We confirm that I/We have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and accept full responsibility for compliance during the trip.
