Traveler Acknowledgment & Agreement
By proceeding with your booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Payments made are non-refundable, except as allowed for rescheduling the trip or transferring the booking to another person with the Company’s approval.
You are responsible for providing valid travel documents, visas, and personal insurance required for the trip.
The Company is not liable for unforeseen events such as flight delays, bad weather, natural disasters, political unrest, sickness, accidents, or other events beyond its control.
Trekking and tour activities involve adventurous and mountainous terrain, and you voluntarily accept all associated risks and responsibilities.
You agree to follow all advice and recommendations provided by the Company, its guides, and trekking staff to ensure safety and smooth operation of the trip.
Any photographs or videos taken during the trip may be used by the Company for promotional purposes.
