Embark on the 13-day Manaslu Circuit Trek, a spectacular journey through one of Nepal’s most pristine Himalayan regions. The trek begins and ends in Kathmandu, offering trekkers a complete experience of breathtaking landscapes, traditional villages, and rich local culture. The cost includes all trip expenses, permits, transportation, as well as the professional services of a licensed guide and porter.

Itinerary: 13 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek

Day 1 – Kathmandu (1,400m) → Soti Khola (730m) → Machha Khola (930m)

  • Distance: 165 KM
  • Driving Hours: 9 Hours
  • Details: Early morning at 7 AM, our guide and porters team with jeep will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu for Machha Khola transfer. It’s about 9 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Lunch will be on the highway to Machha Khola. Arrive at hotel before late afternoon.
  • Overnight Stay: Hotel in Machha Khola

Day 2 – Machha Khola → Jagat (1,370m)

  • Walking Distance: 23 KM
  • Walking Hours: 9 Hours
  • Continue trek to Jagat
  • Overnight Stay: Hotel in Jagat

Day 3 – Jagat → Deng (2,095m)

  • Walking Distance: 20 KM
  • Walking Hours: 9 Hours
  • Continue trek to Deng
  • Overnight Stay: Hotel in Deng

Day 4 – Deng → Namrung (2,540m)

  • Walking Distance: 19 KM
  • Walking Hours: 9 Hours

Day 5 – Namrung → Lho Gaun (3,180m)

  • Walking Distance: 10 KM
  • Walking Hours: 7 Hours
  • Continue trek to Lho Gaun

Day 6 – Lho Gaun → Sama Gaun (3,390m)

  • Distance: 17 KM
  • Walking Hours: 7 Hours

Day 7 – Side Hike to Birendra Lake and Manaslu Base Camp (4,400m)

  • Distance: 16 KM
  • Walking Hours: About 8 Hours
  • Return to hotel at Sama Gaun

Day 8 – Sama Gaun → Samdo (3,690m)

  • Walking Distance: 8 KM
  • Walking Hours: 7 Hours

Day 9 – Samdo → Dharmashal (4,460m)

  • Walking Distance: 12 KM
  • Walking Hours: 7 Hours

Day 10 – Dharmashala → Larkya Pass (5,106m) → Bhimtang (3,590m)

  • Walking Hours: 12 Hours

Day 11 – Bhimtang → Tilije (2,300m)

  • Walking Distance: 26 KM
  • Walking Hours: 8 Hours

Day 12 – Bhimtang → Dharapani (1,860m) → Jeep to Beshishahar (760m)

  • Walking Distance: About 10 KM (4 Hours)
  • Jeep Ride: About 4 Hours
  • Road Distance: About 50 KM

Day 13 – Shared Micro-Bus Ride → Kathmandu (1,400m)

  • Road Distance: 180 KM
  • Drive Duration: 8 Hours
