Excellent customer service on a well run trek

We did 10 days hiking Poon Hill and Mardi Himal viewpoint. We found the support before our trip to be excellent: Khirlal (the office manager) was very responsive by WhatsApp and by phone, met us in Kathmandu to take us through what gear we'd need, then helped us shop around (on two different occasions!) to find good quality equipment at the right price. We completed our trek with Alina as our lead guide, and Saimon as her assistant/guide in training. The two ladies took good care of us, making sure our trek, and all our interactions in teahouses, went smoothly, and we had a really memorable trip. We went for the all inclusive package, which meant that while we probably paid a little extra, all of our transport, permits, food and accomodation was taken care of for us, which we found made everything as simple and stress free as possible.

I did the three day route from Sundarijal - Chisapani - Nagarkot, and it was a highly enjoyable experience! Khirlal and Sunita were friendly and competent guides, and they were highly motivated to make the trek as enjoyable as possible for me and my friend! On the last day, I distinctly remember wishing that we could continue for a few more days, as the experience was so spectacular. Additionally, they are highly responsive on their whatsapp and email accounts, so the customer service experience was also stress-free. I really hope to come back to Nepal and do a longer trek with this company in the future! Thank you!!

Friendly and responsive tour comapny

My friend and I did a short 3-day trek with them to go from Sundarijal - Chisapani - Nagarkot, and we had a great time! Our guide was wonderful to chat with as we hiked and he made sure that we got the best hotel available wherever we were staying. I also never felt pressured to hike faster or slower, and could take a break when needed. I would definitely book with them again if I was ever back in Nepal. They are fast, friendly, very responsive, and I felt our trip was well-planned and safe! Just make sure to bring your own toilet paper as the guesthouses may not provide any.

Wow, what an incredible experience! I underestimated how special this trek was going to be. Looking back, it was a life-changing adventure. The trek was epic in every way with every day offering something unique and special. Pasang guided me and was a big part of why the trek was so enjoyable. He looked after my every need and was proactive about ensuring I was comfortable and happy. We made a great team. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to the company for being easy to deal with and Pasang for providing an unforgettable experience.

Amazing company and guide

Everything about this company is Great and I can’t recommend it enough. My guide Pasang sherpa was perfect company and very nice to have around. Khirlal and Sunita were also great company and fantastic hosts, from taking me to buddha stupas and out for tea. Amazing work

Wonderful woman owned trekking company!

Amazing company, highly recommend! We had an incredible time hiking the Manaslu circuit with our guide Khirlal and the owner of the company Sunita. Before we arrived in Nepal Suinta helped with all the paperwork and got us our permits for the trek issued so we could start on the day we wanted and never had to wait in line ourself. They also organized transportation to and from our hotel for the trek. Along the trek Khirlal and Sunita were great advocates and made sure we got nice rooms in the guesthouses and were well taken care of. We learned a lot about the history and culture of the people in the region. I highly recommend working with Suinta and her team if you are planning any trekking or travel in Nepal. They are well organized and happy to help you with whatever you need. Thank you Sunita and Khirlal for the amazing experience!

Amazing Company, Service and Guiding

We had a wondering experience trekking to Gokyo Lakes with Sunita’s company and Lhami Sherpa, our guide. From planning via email to meeting us at the airport to recommending a shop to rent trekking gear, they helped us with anything we needed. The trek was beautiful and memorable and we learned a lot about Sherpa life and culture. Thank you!!

Great hiking (and not only) company Very professional and attentive hiking tour operator.

Our guide, Khirlal, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our 9 days long hike. He and his team really did their best to make our adventure pleasant and memorable. There are many hiking companies in Nepal but this one is definitely a safe bet!

Had a 9-days long trip with Khirlal to Mardi Base Camp (via Poon Hill). The trip itself was very well organized and Khirlal was extremely engaged, providing all the necessary knowledge and operational support to make the trip as safe and enjoyable as possible

Great experience

Sunita and Kirlar were great guides… All was provided in plenty, accomodation was great, we even didnt need sleeping bags. Me and my son had great time in Nepal. We did Poonhill trek which was not very dificult but nice and enjoyable trek

Excellent time trekking with Sunita!

My friend and I were in Nepal for a month. We didn’t have a lot of time to trek, but Sunita worked with us to create a viable 3 day trekking option in the beautiful Annapurna region. She was quick to respond, super friendly, and helpful in all of the preparation. She met us the evening before our trek was to start to help go over our route, make sure we had all of our paperwork, and just get to know each other a bit. Sunita was so sweet the whole time throughout the preparation process and the actual trek! This was our first Nepal trek, so she made us very comfortable and allowed us to go as slow as we liked. I know she will have a very bright future as a female trekking guide and I highly recommend her services to anyone considering a trek in Nepal!!!

From my initial email, Sunita was organised and helpful, creating the perfect personalised itinerary to suit my timeframe. She knew all of the best lunch spots and guest houses along the Poon Hill circuit and was very knowledgeable about the area.
